Curated a programme of ‘sound on film’ at DIVAcontemporary Studio, Bridport, Dorset.

Sounds of the Neolithic :: Kingston Russell Stone Circle with Weymouth College students
Tuesday 14th – Thursday 16th April 2015
Led a participatory ‘soundwalk’ to Kingston Russell Stone Circle, with students from Weymouth College, followed by a sound making and editing workshop.
Dungeness Tower :: Cities and Memory Oblique Strategies
Dungeness Tower included in Cities and Memory Oblique Strategies project, more than 60 artists all over the world reinterpret and reimagine field recordings, using Eno and Schmidt’s Oblique Strategies cards as creative inspiration for their reworking of the original source sound.
Each artist selected a source field recording to reimagine, and was then allocated two Oblique Strategy cards, which they used to guide, inform and inspire their reimagined version of the recording.

countertext was a collection of transmedia installations and events, in unusual spaces (shops) to complement the Bridport Literary Festival. Collaborative project with Nigel Slight.

[STR 012] WLD 2014 – Fragility
Track: ‘escalator’ included on Sonic Terrain – STR 012 – World Listening Day 2014.
Sound is ephemeral, fragile, uncanny. It’s a mystery, ghostly scaffolding of reality. Sound is hidden but present, real but imaginary, eloquent but silent. Field recording is an art of details, a way of not only navigating trough the sonic space formed by objects, but also the space that an object features, its texture and form, its subtlety and detail. A matter of definition, a game of perception. Soundscapes are microsonic, sound atmospheres are ethereal and the sonic complexity is constantly dreaming within the clouds of audio data.
